做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热(rè )锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦(cā )一遍(biàn ),放(fàng )两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎(jiān )至(zhì )微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的(de )鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一(yī )个半小时,下盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
