做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
