做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
