做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
