做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
