做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
