做法:春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
