做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
