做法:春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
