做法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
