做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
