做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右(yòu )。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
