做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
