做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
