做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
