做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
