做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
