做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到(dào )水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
