做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
