做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
