做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
