做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干的(de )时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
