做法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
