做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的(de )时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
