做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
