做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
