做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
