做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
