做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
