做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
