做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
