做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
