做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
