做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
