做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂(liè )一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待(dài )油六(liù )成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的(de )清(qīng )水,放(fàng )入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
