做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
