做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬(áo )干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
