做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
