做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
