做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
