做法:洗(xǐ )净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮(pí )泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热(rè )锅(guō ),用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六(liù )成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个(gè )半小时,下盐(yán )调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
