做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
