做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小(xiǎo )块(kuài )姜(jiāng ),热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上擦(cā )一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一(yī )个半(bàn )小时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝。 -
