做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
