做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量(liàng )清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
