做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
