做法(fǎ ):春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
