做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
