做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
