做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
